Stormy is a tea cup chihuahua. She was gifted to me after a pup I bought passed. The day I picked her up it rained, snowed,  was windy and cold as heck.  That’s how she got the name Stormy. She rules the house. She is a whole 3 pounds  of sass. Best gift I was ever given.Â
